Once your return passes quality checks, refunds are issued via:

5. Processing Timeframes

View processing times
  • Return Approval: Within 24 hours
  • Quality Check: 2–3 business days after receipt
  • Refund Processing: 5–7 business days
  • Bank Credit: Additional 3–5 business days (bank-dependent)

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal care & hygiene products ✗ Not eligible
  • Customized or personalized items ✗ Not eligible
  • Perishable goods & food items ✗ Not eligible
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” ⚠ Limited
Note: Defective items from any category remain eligible for return within 7 days.

7. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or model? Exchanges are subject to availability and processed in 4–6 business days after receipt of the original item.
