Items can be returned if they meet any of the following conditions:

- Incorrect item received ✓ Eligible
- Product unused, unworn, with original packaging ✓ Eligible
- Return requested within 7 days of delivery ⚠ Time-limited
3. Return Process
Initiate a return in four easy steps:

Choose Item
Select the item to return and click "Request Return."
Provide Details
Choose a reason and add any relevant notes.
Receive Confirmation
Our team will confirm your return within 24 hours.
4. Refund Methods
Once your return passes quality checks, refunds are issued via:
- Original Payment: UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards
- JenRox Wallet: Instant credit for future purchases
- Bank Transfer: For cash-on-delivery orders
5. Processing Timeframes
View processing times
- Return Approval: Within 24 hours
- Quality Check: 2–3 business days after receipt
- Refund Processing: 5–7 business days
- Bank Credit: Additional 3–5 business days (bank-dependent)
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Personal care & hygiene products ✗ Not eligible
- Customized or personalized items ✗ Not eligible
- Perishable goods & food items ✗ Not eligible
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” ⚠ Limited
7. Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or model? Exchanges are subject to availability and processed in 4–6 business days after receipt of the original item.

- Free Shipping: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

- Standard Fee: ₹99 (waived for orders above ₹1,999)
